ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Graduation Mandatory                                                                                                                                           

Min 6 month to1 year experience in any sales and marketing                                                                        

Good Communication skill                                                                                                                                      

Age 21 to 35 years                                                                                                                                 

Candidate should be local                                                                                                                                           

Minimum 6 months of stability in last company                                                                                                                        

Bike Mandatory

CTC -  1.80 L.P/A to 2.20 L.P/A plus Incentives                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Banca Channel

100% lead base work

On roll Job with company’s payroll
Handling assigned bank branch Client relationship with existing and new clients of bank

To sell life insurance plans to walk in customers at branch

Responsible for handling the direct sale (Field Sales) at the prospects site

Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills
Sound knowledge about the local Market and must know Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc
