Position: Business Development Manager
Experience: 2-3 years (Open to higher experience person, but not lower than this.)
CTC: 22K to 35K (can be raised for a better candidate.)
Location: Mira Road, near station.
Job Description:
Candidate is expected to generate leads and successfully convert them into potential clients leading to sales. You should have some basic knowledge of what website and app development is. (No need for any programming knowledge, but preferred)
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Performing market research, lead generation, social media, and campaign creation
2. Work on business development
3. Being a part of the brainstorming sessions
4. Achieve Monthly targets provided to you.
5. Understanding the needs of clients and consulting them to provide the best solutions according to the company's products and services
6. Acquiring new B2B & B2C clients in the specified region/market
7. Interacting with internal teams to get the cost and designs
8. Developing excellent relationships with clients
9. Ensuring timely collection of all revenue from clients
10. Generating new leads and following up with leads
11. Making cold calls, LinkedIn contacts, and overall research
12. Making presentations
13. Gather data and leads
14. Conduct offline visits to potential customers
15. Generate projects/sales from streams like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH etc.
