Job Description: Manager - Networking We are looking for Manager – Networking, who can support & increase our partnerships with the hospitals and other healthcare service providers. This would require dealing with the hospital management (CXOs and promoters) and building a robust relationship with the clientele. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, and be able to work as part of a team. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create strategy for increasing network of partner provider institutions
o Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Onboard large corporate hospitals across Delhi – NCR
Support preparations for fostering current partnerships
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager and understanding of healthcare/banking industry Problem-solving attitude Excellent communication skills Aptitude for fostering positive relationships Customer-oriented mindset/
SCHEDULE and COMPENSATION:
6 days a week (up to 55 hours per week)
