Position: Business Development Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling of Medical Equipment related to Intensive Care Devices & Respiratory Devices - Patient Monitor, ECG machine, CPAP, Nebulizers and medical accessories and supplies in order to generate lead and close the deal.
- Performed all preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment required for production facility like Patient monitor, ECG machine, Defibrillator, CPAP, Nebulizers, Ventilator etc.
- Determined repair and modification work needed on equipment as per equipment modalities regulations and protocols.
- Ensured that all customer queries were answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time.
- Performed troubleshoot on equipment and determined cause of the malfunction.
- Assisting and consulting dealers and nursing administration about products, accessories, CMCs, AMCs and medical supplies.
- Relationship building with key accounts, medical fraternity and channel partners
- Good command over English, Hindi and the regional language is required.
- Should possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
