Job description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships potential customers. As the Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in the development of new business opportunities that supports TOGENALPHA's overall growth strategy. We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and a proven track record of success, who takes a hands-on approach to building business opportunities. In this key position, you will work closely with the management teams to achieve established sales goals and implement business development initiatives that maximize and grow companies footprint and generate bottom line revenue for the company. This position reports directly to the Founder & Business head.
Skills Required:

1.    Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet targets.
2.    An eloquent telephone manner for initiating contact as well as for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
3.    Excellent written and Verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
4.    Fairly good IT skills. Must know basic MS-Office.
5.    An adept manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients.
6.    A go-getter attitude with good decision-making skills.
7.    A 360-degree approach with good managerial skills.
8.    The ability to motivate oneself and set goals.
9.    Should be resourceful with networking skills.
10.    The ability to think strategically.
11.    The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports using accurate graphs/charts.
12.    Should be confident and not hesitant to start things from scratch.
13.    The ability to speak a foreign language may be an added advantage.

Job Description:
1.    Person will be responsible for B2B Sales.
2.    Candidate will be responsible for back-end and front-end sales activities.
3.    Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
4.    Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
5.    Meet potential clients by leveraging your network.
6.    Lead generation within the client organization.
7.    Research and build relationships with new clients.
8.    Set up meetings between client decision makers.
9.    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
10.    Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
11.    Oversees the creation of a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials for new pursuits.
12.    Plays an active role in all aspects of the client engagement process by gathering information, identifying issues, providing input during client discussions, designing and conducting analyses.
13.    Communicating new product developments to prospective clients through PowerPoint presentations to pitch clients.
14.    Should interact with the leads of companies & explain about our Digital Marketing.
15.    Convert leads into sales aggressively.
16.    Responsible for growing the account by identifying untapped opportunities
17.    Responsible for shaping pre-qualification criteria for industrial segments
18.    Act as single point of contact throughout the tendering process
19.    Follow up with estimation and purchase to ensure best quote
20.    Perform loss-tender analysis for each lost tender to revise & update best practices
21.    Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time
