• Identifying and acquisition of sales lead and new client, so that it can generate the revenue for the company
• Planning and execution of sales related activities for new and future business development.
• Need to build a proper business plan and good terms with clients for long term bonding with our company
• Follow up with leads and Help & Support Be Wealthy management to create a Marketing team.
• Analyse clients running portfolio and suggest them with the best deals in regular time, So that they can have a long term service from our company.
• Set goals for team monthly, quarterly and half yearly.
• Be a mentor for team and branch and make sure everyone doing right job and getting targets done.
• Must be prepared to work independently & create his/her own customer book for the portfolio
