Responsibilities and Duties :
Ø Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Ø Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Ø Identifying new sales leads. Your main area of focus will be to generate new customers with the aim of doing more and more sales.
Ø Commit to targets and impact and execute sales
Ø Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Ø Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Ø Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events as required
Ø Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Ø Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Ø Contacting clients to inform them about new developments or campaigns in the company
Ø Developing quotes and proposals. Producing sales documents and proposals in coordination with technical teams
Ø Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Ø Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Ø Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Ø Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business, is a key role within Business Development
Ø Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
Ø Possess a strong understanding of our products/services, our competition in the industry and positioning
Ø Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Ø Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Ø A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential in the role of Business Developer.
Ø Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level. Atleast one year proven track record in business sales or related market
