CLIENT SUCCESS CONSULTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
· Client Development
o Exploring business possibilities by understanding the industry and its development path.
o Market and industry Mapping
o Gathering and analyzing data regarding competitor pricing and products
o Identifying opportunities to grow company’s market share and revenues
o Sensing potential threat in the market and converting the threat into possible business opportunity.
o Meeting the client, briefing on the service offerings. Understanding client’s requirement and sending business proposals with due approval of higher officials.
o Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions with the client in line with the company policies.
o Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of Scope of work and deliverables.
o Develop and maintain cordial client relations to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads for other service offerings across the company.
o Ensure client’s queries are handled as and when arise and resolved within stipulated time.
o Keep abreast of and analyze market and sector developments to support the provision of high-quality advice to clients
· Client Management
o Acting as the Single Point of Contact for the clients
o Engage & Developing strong one to one long term relationships with key decision makers and influencers
o Resolving any client queries or escalations
o Increasing company’s revenue share with client through upselling and cross-selling our other services
o Defending and growing accounts by evaluating customer preferences, updating models, and partnering for the client’s success.
o Internal Stakeholder Management
o Coordinating with the recruitment teams
o Supporting smooth processing of business by collaborating with internal teams
o Facilitating regular review and follow up with members supporting on the account regarding performance & ensure that client feedback is shared within the team for continued improvement
· General
o Proper documentation has to be done with all the requirements from the client.
o Ensure seamless handing over is been done to client relationship & delivery team to enable them to deliver the assignment up to clients expectations.
o Conducting periodic reviews with clients to review performance, project progress, and identify areas for improvement
o Complete and update client details in administration systems to support effective management information reporting.
o Timely invoicing & collections as per the commercial terms agreed.
o Participate in weekly / monthly reviews to share new developments in the market; experience and knowledge on assignments handled and report updates on clients worked
o Comply with company policies and procedures including business principles; misconduct reporting procedure and competition law compliance policy to meet the company’s expectations.
Desired Skills & Experience
· A professional / post graduate with 3-5 year’s work experience and knowledge of the sector/ or business line
· Capable of working effectively to handle multiple priorities under pressure
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
