Property Marketing
Lead Generation through online real estate platforms & offline associate network
Identifying the prospective customers & calling them to understand their requirements.
Suggesting options based on the current company inventory or the inventory of the offline associate network
Scheduling the inspection of relevant properties by coordinating with both prospective customer & field executives of the company
Lead management by maintaining a comprehensive database of the all client inquiries & regular updation of the same as per company standards
Managing the tele sales of the services the company offers to potential customers
