Summary
The prime responsibility of the business development executive is to improve brand awareness and create channels for direct sales. It also requires to plan and execute the marketing activities to increase participation in the workshops and other activities undertaken by Gyanoholic. The Business development execute will handle the sales and marketing team for a particular area. They will have a BTL team and Tele callers under them to assist them in direct sales.

The head office is located in CBD - Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead Generation

The BD executive will be responsible for exploring different domains and planning and organizing free workshops and activities for quality lead generation.

  • Data collection

The BD executive will reach out to sources like preschools, schools, coaching classes and other activity centres to get relevant data

  • BTL activities

The BD executive will be responsible for organizing BTL activities (with the help of BTL team) like society and mall activation to get relevant data.

  • Overseeing Pamphlet distribution

Pamphlet distribution is a highly successful activity of marketing for gyanoholic. The BD will be responsible for effectively planning, executing and overseeing pamphlet distribution.

  • Improve brand visibility

It is the responsibility of the BD executive to improve brand visibility by regularly installing banners in key strategic location, identifying and participating in local events that could attract crowd from a similar domain.

  • Analyze and understand best marketing techniques

It would be the responsibility of the BD executive to analyze and understand best marketing techniques for a particular area.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have an experience of at least 1- 2 years in a similar role
  • Must have an experience of organising BTL activities
  • Must have handled a team of Tele callers and BTL executives
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must have good negotiation skills
  • Must be able to create good presentations
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
