record of working with recruitment firms, placement department and relevant work

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Good Communication Skills, Sales Skills, Email etiquettes
- Good knowledge of Ms Office for proposal documents, presentations and maintaining excels
- Experience of using Social Media platforms to build connections and associations
- At least one year of experience in B2B Sales
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Must be confident, Self-motivated with go-getter attitude
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify & Build alliances with corporate business partners / agencies
- Making tie ups with Colleges, Institutes and gather potential candidate information
- Make cold calls for new business leads, Support in writing new business proposals & Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling / visits
