Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in application integration and data management
Understanding of integration concepts of data transformation, API, Databases, FTP and others
Clearly, document requirements and communicate the design to Customers
Write technical documentation for Wiki, Blogs, Whitepapers, and Datasheets
Good communication and business problem-solving skills.
Prepare SOW, Design, and budgets for customer projects
Be a liaison between customer and delivery team
Great attitude with the ability to foster a fun, productive working environment
Keen interest in the start-up driven Technology economy
Programming in any language (Like Java, Javascript, C#, Salesforce) would be a plus
Job Requirements:
Proven Business Analyst or Customer Success Management (CSM )
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Excellent time and project management skills. Always looking out to improve inefficient processes
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Basic Qualification:
3 to 5 years in Customer facing role in solution sales
CRM, ERP, Data warehousing and management to become an advisor to the customer
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, Management Information Systems
