Coordinating with operation at HO for Media &Communication for smooth
operations at Client Location.Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with the
associates to understand their requirements and customizing services accordingly. Interact with client ensuring proper execution of promotions. Developing and executing media communication plan across specified region for client. To be aware and updated of day to day activity of client need & requirements. Experience comprises both ‘Above the Line’ (ATL), 'Below the Line' (BTL) branding activities and internal communication. Apart from strategically sound campaign ideas, the job duty includes providing HO with synopsis of market, thinking pattern of the target audiences and smart way out to every branding necessities. Need to update Knowledge of Local market and if required do the market survey also. Supervising deployment of on-ground and online strategies for Client. Proper Coordinating with Client, Vendors & the Creative Team and managing multiple accounts simultaneously Preparing a tracker and taking regular follow ups with the client as well as the Creative Team at HO.
