- Provide product training to Advisors and make sure that they will clear IRDA exam with minimum 80%
- To announce monthly training schedules by the 5th of ever month in conjunction with Zone Heads
- Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training
- Ensure all IRDA rules and regulations are followed as far as training is concerned (Defect free adherence to IRDA rules and regulations)
- To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly
