Job description

Job Title: Manager – Branch Operation Manager
Department – Operation / Branch Sales
Level – Middle Level
Experience – 3 years and Above
Reporting – Chief Finance Officer /Head of Operation
KEY RESPONSIBLITY- The main purpose of operating and managing the branch portability, setting up
key goal branch sales and business development to achieve business books size. Marinating the
accounting services and financial support to the organization. Also providing quantitative financial
information that is helpful in making the various business decisions.
➢ Supervise, monitor and evaluate day to day business/ sales activities.
➢ Preparation of Profit & Loss, and branch balance sheet.
➢ Preparation of annual sales budget, scheduling the expenditure,
➢ Monitoring the revenue and expenses
➢ CDL – Loan processing via POS and approvals.
➢ Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, MIS and Business report.
➢ Supervise a/c’ ledger, ensure all the financial reporting deadlines are met.
➢ Ensure that all statutory & banking compliances activities are met and performed in a timely
and accurate manner.
➢ Need to maintain the customer information, data base & financial information confidentially
with the security system.
➢ Monitor and scrutinize the accounting data & produce the stock statements or report to the
higher authority.
➢ Inventory Management and stock reporting process monthly and annual audit.
➢ Maintaining the  Flow and Fund Flow Statements.
Educational Qualification: B.com + MBA, CA’s, Cost Accountant, or master’s in commerce
Professional Qualification: PGDM or Masters in Accounts & Finance
Desire Skills:
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication
➢ Strong interpersonal, supervisory skills
➢ Excellent computer proficiency in MS Offices, Accounting software and databases.
➢ Ability to multitask, work under timeline and capable enough to meet the deadlines.
➢ Good Experience to manipulate large amount of data.
➢ Highly experience to direct and supervise the team with high attention to detail and accuracy.
