We are looking for an excellent communicator, hardworking, ambitious and inbound candidate to assist majority of Pre sales funnel for our company. Candidate will be in charge of actual interaction with clients and using cold calling techniques on prospects and persuading potential customers to Buy a packages given by the company and take membership of company provided.
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinating with clients for solving query and attend enquiry
Responsible for to attend both incoming and outbound calls/ Enquiries
Arranging and Scheduling service Visit Schedule with clients
To update data (MIS) and Data Entry in Tracker
To Maintain Records
Good understanding of the Customer Support system and processes in the life of leads.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent Communication Skill in English / Hindi / Marathi both written & Verbal.
Experience in relevant field would be an added advantage.
Knowledge about crm and in same profile.
Must be result oriented.
Knowledge about MS office
