Enter data using applications including: automated policy issuance, spreadsheet, and word processing to enable policy and endorsement issuance
Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness. Record and refer those that are outside the guidelines to the underwriting department for approval.
Provide quality control and assembly for all types of policies and endorsements generated by the business unit
Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards
Manage and maintain records including correspondence and data files
