Designation- Relationship Manager/Banc Assurance


ROLES

"Direct Sales"

30% TO 60% Leads Will be Provided by the Company,

You have to Call them & Pitch them for Buying Life Insurance Policies,

However if they are not Ready to Buy,Then Simply take References,

From them and Call them,Once the Client is Ready to take the Product,

Then you have to Fix up The Appointment and Close The Deal,

Salary will be fixed on Monthly Basis plus On the Achievement of your Target of the Month Candidate will be Eligible to

Get Incentives Starting From 10,000 to Unlimited for The Same Month

  • Leads will be generated from the assigned bank .

  • Direct selling of various financial products .

  • Customer business development .

  • Relationship Management .

  • Will be in payrolls of the company .

  • Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

  • Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

  • Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

  • Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

  • Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior

  • Corporate Sales Only

  • They Have a Huge Data Base of HNI(High Net worth Individuals)& NRI( Non Resident Indian)Clients

  • They are into B2B AND B2C Sales.However Company will Provide the Data base of Both.

JOB Timings-9:30am to 6:30pm
