Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing Voice support for customers on pre- order sand post order service.
  • Performs work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
  • Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex issues in addition to effective Voice/written skills

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Good typing speed (minimum 25 wpm with 90% accuracy)
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Spoken Hindi communication (Mandatory)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MUST
