Job Description:

Resolving customer complaints and Handsone of Wi-Fi router configuaration/Diagnostic , Coverage map & Issue fixing.

Good knowledge of routing protocols - Vlan & Static/RIP/OSPF etc.

Good knowledge of switches, router and understanding of firewalls & Antivirus

Understanding of LAN/WAN.

Understanding of PON (GPON) & GPON network cabling architecture

Understanding of OLTs, ONTs, FDHs, UTP, power connections etc.

Understanding of routers & Lan Cables

Ability to handle customer queries and Answering question and showing them how to use the new equipment
How to deal Customers.
Ability to work in adverse conditions .
Understanding of companies safety guidlines

Understanding of Laser source Power Meter (LSPM) & Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR)

Understanding of utilities PING, tracerout, netstat, MRTG etc.
How to do RCA
