Candidates will be selected by assessment test. The they will be initially on training at a monthly stipend of Rs 3000-4000 for at least 6 months.After that candidates will undergo various on-job trainings and subsequent further assessment examinations.Failing to pass in any of the examination will terminate the internship.After successful completion of internship and final interview, subjected to availability of vacancy, candidates may be absorbed in the post of Junior Technicians.
