Role: Associate Project Manager
– Deploy WebXpress software product for customers
– Manage entire Project Life Cycle from project planning to deployment to user acceptance testing and training
– Understand scope of customization from Pre-sales team and coordinate with Product team to develop the same
– Support existing customers for issues faced as well as new requirements
Results:
– Get WebXpress solution deployed in defined time lines
– Get customer to use the system and show benefits and ROI to customer management
– Minimize iterations during and after solution deployment
– Maximize customer satisfaction with least possible response timefor issues and changes
Profile:
– MBA with Operations as specialization
– Prior Software Project Management experience will be a plus
– Interested in understanding customer business and benefits of technology
– Ability to coordinate multiple projects, multi-task across teams, attend to customer
– Self-starter, willing to solve problem, patient
