Responsibilities:
- Review and understating hiring plan/ Process with Client
- Sourcing, selecting of relevant profile from various recruitment channels.
- Assessment & Evaluating professionals as per client’s parameters
- Creating Pool of Candidates through Referral network
- Maintain wow Candidate Experience at all Touch Points
Skill Required:
- Focused & Hard working
- Excellent English ( Oral & Written ) Communication skills
- Command over MS office ( Excel , Word, Power Point )
