Reviewing the Quality of the Attorneys periodically to understand their pattern of errors and train them well to achieve a uniform level of Consistency with the team.
Manage, motivate and train the team to produce high Quality work.
Good understanding of the Reporting Structure and working well within the Reporting Metrics.
Out of Box thinking to manage Special Projects pertaining to Quality.
Providing the required information to the Machine Learning Team and collaborating with the ML Engineers to build the ML functionality.

A strong Analytical and good Interpersonal Skills and managing high level professional Peer Relationships
Well experienced in the Contract Management/Abstraction process, especially through Software platform.
Knowledge of all major elements of Contracts and Clauses of Contracts.
