Build in-house competency in your field of expertise
Work on in-house design, development and research projects
Participate in course planning and scheduling
Making sure that the course is digitized in a timely manner
Conducting tool tests and mock interviews for students enrolled in our Master Programs
Recruit and train engineers for the engineering support team
Work actively with the web development team to build new features in the existing Learning Management System
Establish a Continuous Improvement Program to consistently improve the quality of content that you are responsible for
Establish industry connect to recruit industry experts on a contract basis

Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience as a design & development engineer
Hands-on experience with Electric & Hybrid electric vehicle subsystems: Motor, Power converter & Battery
Expertise in modeling & simulation with MATLAB &Semolina
Comfortable with design tools such as ANSYS and Latium
Excellent communication and presentation skills for teaching-learning
Educational qualification: Master degree in engineering from a reputed institute
