- Primary task is to prospect for New Clients & higher conversions by Networking, Cold Calling, Advertising or other ethical means of generating positive interests amongst potential Clientele.
- Company looks for a personality with profound communication fluency & systematic presentation capability (verbal/non-verbal/digital).
- Experience of 3 years will be preferred especially in 3PL, warehousing, clearing/forwarding and allied manpower management of the logistical department belong to Fruits & Vegetables, FMCG, Pharma or Food businesses.
- Candidate must have cordial terms and network with corporate houses and merchant establishments (domestic/overseas)
- Candidate should have an innate “Go-Getter” instinct rather than a theorem dependent approach only, speculative and decisive enough to achieve the goals within deadlines.
- The incumbent must have an utmost transparency & courtesy in all kinds of internal & external coordination to meet the business objectives. An eye for detail, rationality and honest initiatives for developments are highly required.
- Understanding of Labour laws, service level agreements (SLA) , clients & business SOPs, quick execution and an organized, statistical reporting skillset.
- Resolving inter-departmental or external (clientele, compliances, vendors, Governmental etc.) objections and flaws by dint of justifications, amicable negotiations, emphasising on root-cause, applying KAIZEN / LEAN strategies
- Multi-tasking ability is the foremost criteria for this position along with an outstanding sense of team-work in a multi-cultured professional environment.
- Experienced in various modern Sales Funnels, Sales Support Modules & Softwares for the business growth.
- Analyzing the Market Intelligence for development & turnovers, participating in developing the Business Intelligence to beat the heat.
- Candidate must have a positive approach towards the departmental synergy i.e. Procurement/Purchase, Operations, HR, Accounts, Compliances, CRM teams in terms of productivity, knowledge-base and overall growth.
- Sales-forecasting & targeting ability and ensuring the accurate executions accordingly for the desired outcome. Self-motivation, team-mentoring, situation-handling experiences are highly solicited.
