Job Description of Corporate sales manager:
- Acquisition of New Corporates for MOS utility Pvt. Ltd. Benefits Program.
- Interacting with Heads of HR/Admin/Finance to implement MOS utility Pvt. Ltd. Benefit allowances for the organization.
- Handling the client’s accounts and performing all the necessary Client Relationship Activity in order to retain & increase upload on each card.
- Cross Selling/ Up selling of Flexi benefits.
- Conducting customized promotional activity to increase the volumes/penetration from the Key Accounts.
- Setting up desk at the corporates to enroll clients for the program once the corporate has agreed to sign up.
- Maintain & Own the corporate relationship and ensure customer delights.
Skill Required:
• Consultative corporate sales experience (proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals).
• Demonstrated strategic ability– able to link MOS utility Pvt. Ltd. and corporate client goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Ability to engage effectively across various business verticals at the corporate.
• Ability to establish/maintain credibility with customers and partners.
• Strong hold on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills.
