Responsible for monitoring and controlling process from raw materials to final products at various stages until packed.
Analysis of RM in-process and final products.
Preparing and reviewing of Quality manual.
Issuing of line Clearance at every step of Batch Manufacturing.
Manage the quality activities to timely delivery of products with quality standards
Implementation/practice/monitor of HACCP, GMP and GHP in the production area.
Preparation of SOP’s and work instruction procedure.
CCP and OPRP monitoring (Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite Programs)
Overall responsibilities of independently handling the QC operations.
Conducting the Training Programs for employees, pertaining to quality implementation, Personal hygiene& compliance on Food Safety and HACCP
