The Asstt. Prrocess Head supervises the physical aspects of the process including personnel, technology, budget, and scheduling.
To organize all the needs of a process.
It is the Asstt. Process Head’s responsibility to make sure the process stays on schedule and within its budget. The process head is the information nexus of the process, responsible for organizing, checking and directing the process coordinator.
Other tasks include solving problems that may arise during the process, preparing and submitting all types of paperwork needed before deadline and making sure all work is done in time.
To schedule daily work of the Cutting, Skinning, Finishing, Correction & Delivery Department.
To assign jobwork to all employees.
To get work done from all the department and employees on time.
To update the production details in software.
To check the catalogue assign work from software and to take necessary follow up.
To coordinate with clients
To take the follow up for the dummies of catalogue of correction department from lab.
To prepare the reports of employee’s output and submit it to the head.
To give Product gradation in each lot.
To ensure that final product is delivered in time to the clients.
To check and correct and schedule daily work of the Cutting, Skinning, Finishing, Layout, Correction & Delivery Department.
To keep control on job work assigned to all employees.
To update the process details in software.
To coordinate with clients, to take the follow up for the dummies of catalogue of correction department from lab.
To prepare the reports of employee’s output and submit it to the head. To give Product gradation in each lot.
Other details: Experience needed: Minimum 4 years in same industry ( catalogue manufacturing & Knowledge of Photoshop would be added advantage.
