Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience working in an operations role – handling back end documentation and providing support to ensure smooth customer experience.
Excellent communication skills
Should be a team player and must have good basic excel and email skills.
Multitask er with a strong problem-solving skills and a drive to learn.
Knowledge about automobile and finance industry will be an extra advantage

Build healthy relationships for smooth operations and business with
Car dealerships and their executives
Insurance partners
Service and vehicle maintenance partner
Ensure that all the parts of every transaction – agreement signing, PO, Invoice, Insurance, vehicle delivery,
Payments are done on time.
Handle independently back end documentations - Pre and post-delivery, coordination with dealerships,
customers, internal team and Finance department to ensure smooth customer experience.
