Job Description:-
1. Build a realistic outline of Jumbotail supply chain. This model should take business demand projects, customer buying behaviour and supply chain network as input to predict cost structures at different legs
2. Creation of quarterly, half-yearly and annual operating plan for Jumbotail Supply Chain
3. Work with supply chain ops team to ensure capacity readiness for coming months
4. Closely monitor operating cost across various legs. Track deviation of actual cost vs budgeted amount.
Requirements:-
B.Tech / MBA from tier 1/ tier 2 institutes with 2+ years of experience
● Prior experience in strategy and planning or consulting environment is a must.
● Proficiency in excel modelling is necessary / SQL skills will be helpful ( Inclination to
learn SQL is mandatory, we are ready to invest if required)
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Phenomenal stakeholder management skills
● sincere bias for action, result oriented and data driven approach to problem solving
● Inclination to operate with flexibility and with minimum supervision
● Entrepreneurial zeal and ability to work in fast-paced environment
● Ability to interact with senior management across different business functions
