Job description

• Analysing stakeholders to ensure effective management of relationships to achieve Indialends’s partner regulatory and business desired outcomes
• High on energy, primarily from domain NBFC/Banking Industry with Sales driven background, candidates specialised in Business loans/disbursals would be an added advantage and highly preferred
Lead, plan and implement initiatives to achieve Indialends’s strategic priorities and business goals
• Graduate from a recognised university
• Should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Etc.
• Thorough knowledge on Sales Funnel approach, should be able to manage Multiple Banks/Lending institutions and their stakeholders
• Sound knowledge on Google applications e.g. GSheet, Slide and Doc
• Preparing briefings, evaluating and validating MIS reports, consultation documents and presentations that clearly articulate business outcomes in a way that is appropriate for the intended audience
• Utilising project and programme management disciplines to support the delivery MoM/QoQ/YoY Sales and revenue targets in consistence
• Developing Indialends’s partner’s regulatory position and policy based on research and evidence,applying rigour and challenge to ensure that proposals towards business outcome are robust and strategically aligned
• Developing and managing the implementation of Indialends’s policy through appropriate regulatory tools or processes including, but not limited to, conditions, guidance, recognition,accreditation, audit and enforcement.
• Commissioning and analysing quantitative and qualitative research and information from various sources to enable effective decision making and service delivery in terms to sales/revenue and disbursal target achievement
• Leading and contributing to multi-disciplinary working atmosphere and sharing of information across Indialends to support effective decision making and amalgamation e.g. People, Process,Product and Tech.
• Identifying, analysing and managing risks, drive Integrity and unyielding ethics across operations team
• Leading by example as a role model for Indialends’s values and professional standards, Driving the delivery of business and corporate plans for your own areas of responsibility
• Managing individuals or teams through line management and/or matrix management arrangements as required, ensuring under performance is managed and adequate resourcing is planned to meet objectives
• Driving continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibility, being agile
• Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified,addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated
• Being fully aware of and actively complying with Indialends’s policies and procedures relevant to your own responsibilities and to corporate policies and procedures including equality, sustainability and the environment, health and safety, ISO requirements e.g. data protection etc.
