Job description

Planning or Stragezing Sales order in hand & submission to operation director
Implementing planned order fulfillment
Everyday monitoring & ensuring fulfillment of production plan at own facility or CMO
strategizing dispatch plan and fulfillment by managing transportation
Stock in hand & gap analysis & ensuring the availability of stock to fulfill upcoming production plan or order in hand
preparation & filing of export-import docs
Analyzing every procurement & its cost to every purchase order: -
Approver to every plant purchase order
Approver to every transportation or CHA cost
Maker to every RM PM & FG order
Ensure the best quotes or rates are awarded for every purchase order raised or approved
Ensuring following compliances
DGFT compliances
Advance license compliances
GST compliances as to export docs, import docs & local documentation
