Job description

Ensuring timely booking of bills & day to day banking transaction
Approver to each and every Vendor Transaction in books
Ensure timely monthly reconciliation
GST Reconciliation with impact analysis, rectification & implementation of the identified unreconciled transaction
Bank reconciliation with a review on correct GL impacts and rectification & implementation of unreconciled transactions
Control Account reconciliations & impact analysis with a strategy to implement of unreconciled transactions
Monthly Stock Reconciliations
Other Reporting as per Management Requirements
Monthly book closure
Monthly Provisions
Prepaid Accounts Review and Impact on P&L
Monthly TDS Liability and Filing by ensuring correct computation and payments of statutory dues
Monthly GST Returns Data and Filing
Ensuring correct computation and timely payments of statutory dues
Presenting MIS to management on every 5th of the month with following Key Figures
The profitability of the month
Key cost contributing areas
Critical escalations
