<p>Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - <strong>Litigation</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Job location: <strong>Ahmedabad</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Experience: Minimum 4 years in litigation</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and responsibilities - AM / DM for litigation:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Managing West &amp; Central Zone (Gujarat, MP, Maharashtra, Goa, Daman &amp; Diu) who shall work from Ahmedabad office.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the entire litigation for the said zone;</li><li>Manage the <strong>criminal</strong> matters, <strong>Ombudsman</strong>, <strong>FIR</strong>, <strong>recoveries</strong>;</li><li>Handle the Litigation Management Tool;</li><li>Participate in <strong>POSH</strong> complaints in his/her zone;</li><li>The candidate should have at least 4 years of litigation experience, either in practice, law firm or corporate</li><li>Candidates with acquaintance in the <strong>Gujarati</strong> language</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The interested candidates should share their CVs  along with the mention of -</p><p>Current location</p><p>Total experience:</p><p>Experience in litigation:</p><p>Current CTC</p><p>Expected CTC</p><p>Notice period</p>
