We are looking for Female Admin Executive who can start immediately :
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing call
- Arrange travel booking, itineraries and VISA applications
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, Email, English
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines on a daily basis
- Typing, compiling and preparing emails, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Job Requirements:
- MBA / Bachelor degree holder.
- Minimum 1 years of experience office admin/executive support experience.
- Comfortable working in a lean environment.
- Prior event management experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Proactive individual to deliver work excellence.
