Job description

Make calls and follow up with borrowers who do not pay in time
Visit clients as per their availability
Updating daily collection MIS
Personally visit on critical and high Pos value cases with Manager
Visit the Client & inform them about the outstanding dues
Payment collection from customers of dues for their Credit Cards/Debts
Collect payment from customers in cash or cheque mode
Follow-Up the legal cases and attending the court when required
To make sure that the targets set are achieved
Ensure amounts collected from the customer are deposited within the specified timeline
It is an individual contributor role
Candidates will be reporting through call and Mail
