Job description

Handling and accounting the petty cash
Daily Invoicing for shipment including corrections if needed and accounting
Accounting of daily collections
Accounting all amounts Payable to the vendors
Managing the local banking works regularly
Timely completion of daily / monthly / quarterly reports to Head office including as the occasion requests
Responsible for the local compliance in co-ordination with head office. Include VAT, Octori etc compliance
Ensuring all the service procurement are documented and managed at the warehouse level
Weekly/Monthly stock verification or as desired by the management
