(b) Field Onboarding Executive - II (We can refer this as Senior Sales Executive)
- 6 - 18 months of exeperience
- Graduates of any stream
- Excellent Communication with better understanding of Digital wallets applications in the smartphone
- Experience in Upselling of Merchandise Digital Wallet
- Good understanding of Computer Skills expecially MS Office
- Languages to read, write and understand - Kannada, English and Hindi
(c) Team Leader
- 24 - 36 months of exeperience
- Graduates of any stream
- Excellent Communication with better understanding of Digital wallets applications in the smartphone
- Experience in Upselling of Merchandise Digital Wallet
- Excellent understanding of computer Skills expecially MS Office
- Experience in People Management.
- Good Team Player. Lead the team in upskilling, parting training on product knowledge and own the overall team performance.
- Languages to read, write and understand - Kannada, English and Hindi
(d) Manager (We can decide on allocating the designation of Asst Manager or Manager depending their experience and skillset)
- 40 - 60 months of exeperience
- Graduates of any stream or Post graduation is an added advantage
- Excellent Communication with better understanding of Digital wallets applications in the smartphone
- Experience in Upselling of Merchandise Digital Wallet
- Excellent understanding of computer Skills expecially MS Office
- Experience in People Management.
- Preparation of MIS reports including the Performance Metrics
- Merchandise Managers should know how to use the principles of retail psychology to arrange product in a way that enticed the customer to buy.
- Translate and communicate inputs provided by executive team about the category and cluster (sourcing) teams to source relevant merchandising digital wallet.
- Own the responsibility of achieving the team's target.
