Salary Package: 3.24 lakh to 11.75 lakh ctc yearly plus Monthly , Quarterly Incentive & Yearly Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
 * Ability to manage all the parameters of the business.
 * Recruitment.
 * Advisor Business Activation.
 * Insurance Premium Collection.
 * Ensure that the Insurance Consultant are engaged, motivated and productive by strong   relationship.
 * Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive.
 * Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the agents income exceed benchmark.
 * To achieve product wise monthly business targets 
 * Understand the Agents business in depth and seek opportunities for business development 
 * Goal setting of all Insurance Agents / Advisors in their team.
 * Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the Relationship they are managing to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals.
 * Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agency force.
 * Regularly visit there agents in there home and offices.
