• Conduct Regular meetings with all advisors
• Identify weak areas based on these review meetings & take corrective action as also chalk out developmental needs of teams
Role :
• Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisors
• Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance
