Assisting the students in choosing desired institutions (University), encouraging them to upload documents, engaging with them and correspond with them regularly
Maintaining the communication with students through digital and telephonic channels
Providing over the phone, utmost and superior quality guidance to students and their parents, if required
Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies
Coordinating with students & internal admissions backend team and senior management
Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students
Undergo training & give shadow training to new team members
Attending the university training & workshops, if required and from time to time
If required, Data mining and collation for website development – initial phase
Data research – initial phase and ongoing for any updates from university partners, agency partners
