Job description

  • Coordination with Civil Engineers & concern departments for manpower deployment at various project sites. 
  • Maintaining record of Office & site documents & payments
  • Preparing & maintaining various record & reports as required by reporting authority.  
  • Manage vendors, involve in negotiations, ensure the services are rendered within the timeline and follow up on their payments.
  • Ready to tackle HR Related Issues.
  • Maintain documents related to vendors / contract/ payment. 
  • Supervise and advice and monitor other teams.
  • Ensuring adherence of Admin & allotted activities.
  • Responsible for all necessary arrangement i.e. programs, site event, orientation.
  • Payment of Salaries and other office related Admin. jobs and expenses
