Coordination with
Civil Engineers
& concern departments for manpower deployment at various project sites.
Maintaining record of
Office &
site
documents & payments

Preparing & maintaining various record & reports as require

by reporting authority.
Manage vendors, involve in negotiations, ensure the services are rendered within the timeline and follow up on their payments.
Ready to tackle HR Related Issues.
Maintain documents related to vendors / contract/ payment.
Supervise
and
advice and
monitor
other teams.
Ensuring adherence of Admin & allotted activities.
Responsible for all necessary arrangement i.e. programs, site event, orientation.
Payment of Salaries and other office related Admin. jobs and expenses
