Job description

Manufacturing unit of transmission line tenders & substation with structure EPC construction of transmission line

1.    Managing business development & Liaising of tendering of government Electrical construction & Infrastructure business.

2.    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

3.    Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

4.    Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.

5.    Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

6.    Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and analyzing their feedback data

7.    Vendor registration of our company under different state electricity boards 

8.      All legal matters related to project

9.      Manpower management at project site.

10.  Liaising with government bodies

11.  Liaising for ROW issues and land related issues when it is under company scope

12.  Coordination with police / follow up if any dispute arises.

13.  Maintenance of peace &harmony between all departments under project.

14.  Security agreement & arrangement if required

15.  Guest house arrangement and agreement and setup of the guest house for project site

16.  Vendor registration government as well as private

17.  All papers works related to vehicle (2w/4w/6w) regarding insurance, road tax permit fitness hypothecation sale or transfer servicing maintenance time to time used in the project.

18.  Developing ,reviewing improving administrative policies & procedure

19.  Follow up supervision & follow up day to day operations in projects in all department &staff.

20.  Look for staff welfare activities

21.  Follow up with Project licence, labour licence, project insurance renewal, statutory compliance, workman compensations, muster roll records related to project.

22.  Time office management with leave record of project site .

23.  Organize meetings (booking rooms , arranging refreshment , support team members for project )

24.  ISO renewal and standard follow up

25.  Resolve queries related to HR activities

26.  Making induction programme

27.  Any contract agreement is to be laisioned in coordination with local advocate

28.  DPR collection and reporting to MD / Director everyday

29.  CSR activities if any comes up under our company.

30.  Maintaining good relationship with CMD, CMO, office, Minister, secretaries of Industries forest, Environment revenue Railways, steel, etc. all department .

31.  Liaising for processing of bills and collection of payments

32.  Whenever necessary , under the instruction from management , you have to travel to different project sites , HO, different states / cities
