key responsibilities: Ordering and managing office supplies
Maintaining office equipment
Assist in recruitment - scheduling interviews, paperwork for tests and interviews
Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations
Vendor management and negotiation
Sourcing vendors, negotiating and execution of client.
Responsible for end to end Admin related activities.
Must have:
Excellent computer skills, including high skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
