We are looking for you if you say 'YES' to all below requirements:
- Accounting of banking transactions and reconciliations
- Taking care of taxable invoices, receivables, payable, ledger scrutiny of Books of Accounts
- Compliance i.e. Service Tax, TDS, Advance tax, Income Tax Assessment, Service Tax Audit & Return etc.
- MIS Reporting, skilled in MS Word/Excel applications
- Hands-on Tally software experience required. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Recording all expenses including entries of Journal vouchers
- Maintaining & updating Salary, PF, ESIC records
- Creating Master, register KYC of all farmers, customers and vendors
- Assisting in GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B Queries
- Preparing & Following up all pending DC, GRN list as obtained from the concerned team
- Handling all miscellaneous Accounting entries, Cash book entries - receipts
- Preparing pending conveyance vouchers
- Record requisite entries of Advances to Farmers, Cash, creditors and debtors of other location as advised by the manager
- Handling printing of sales invoices and maintaining files of different locations
- Filing Sales bills, Payment-receipts of Mumbai & Ahmedabad based clientele
- Visiting banks, supporting stores/cold-storage activities
- Adhering to management norms & executing all tasks assigned by the Accounts, Compliance and HR Admin teams regularly.
