● Preparation of Financial Reports as per the Instruction of concern Manager.
● Managing and overseeing the operations of the Statutory Department.
● Recording of Accounting transactions and Book keeping of Accounts based on the prevailing statutes such as Companies Act / Income Tax Act / GST Act
● Ensuring that statutory compliance are being made on a timely basis.
● Liaison with statutory bodies. Appearing of Tax Hearing, Registrations and Renewals.
● Ensuring that statutory returns are filed within the time limit as specified by the relevant statutes
● Filing of Returns under GST GSTR 1/ 2 and 3, GSTR 3 B, Application of ITC Refund.
● Providing necessary assistance for taking e-way bills against outward supply.
● Filing of Returns under Income Tax. ITR / AIT and TDS
● Filing of returns under Registrar of Companies.
● Coordinate with External & Internal Auditors and Company Secretary for timely compliance.
● Calculation of Advance Tax.
● Updating the necessary data and information for statutory liabilities to back up statutory liabilities administration.
● Assisting Chairman & Director in their personal accounting activities like taxes & investment.
