HR Trainee
Responsibilities:
· Handling end to end recruitment processes
· Understanding the requirements and sourcing, screening profiles,
· Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
· Shortlisting the candidates for preliminary interview.
· Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
· Regularly maintain and update candidate tracker.
· Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
· Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in hiring through various channels, utilizing free job portals sites, social networking sites.
· Coordinating with HR Team
· Undergoing training related to Recruitment & Payroll Provisions.
Requirements
· Qualifications: BBA/MBA/MSW/PGDM/B. Com
· Skills Required: MS-Office with Good communication skills
