Must have experience in day to day accounting, balance sheet, MIS, profit &loss, general ledger

- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly financial statement i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit, and Loss Accounts.
- Ledgers Scrutiny for finalization of accounts
- Creditors and Debtor's Managements
- Preparation of Debit Notes & Credit Notes.
- Verification of Purchase Order/ Work Order and analyzing various quotations received.
- Monthly compliances for workings and payment for TDS, Service tax and all other taxes applicable to a company.
- Coordination with the auditors during Tax Audits and other statutory audits held at various intervals.
- Reviewing Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Liaison with the banks.
- Reviewing and finalizing bank stock statements and various reports related.
- Monthly MIS for Management Meeting
